Candy runs in the Bromley Veteran's Open Cross Country Race
Candy recently ran in the Bromley Veteran's Open Cross Country in Sparrows Den, Swanley. After a hard week of training Candy decided to enter the 5 mile race and after another magnificant run she finished 2nd in a time of 40 mins and 15 secs. This was a tough 5 mile cross country race through the woods in wet and muddy field. Candy commented "I was surprised to get the 2nd place lady prize of M&S gift card which is very nice! I felt my legs a bit heavier from training sessions during the week'.
