NEW Audiogram Form
UK Deaf Sport has been informed by the ICSD that ALL Deaf Sport directors should with immediate effect use the latest updated Audiogram Form. If you have not already done your test in the last few days, please disregard the old one and use the latest one.
ALL new athletes must complete their test using the latest form. If you are not sure,please contact briank@deafukathletics.org.uk.
It is advised that all audiogram forms must be completed at least 3 months before the forthcoming championships. Audiograms will not be done on arrival. Athletes should be prepared to be tested during the Championships.
