There will be several outdoor/indoor and cross-country competitions in the UK and Europe. Why not take part?
Please download and complete the membership form. Membership costs a little as £7/£10 a year for non-athletes or £25 for athletes, which includes membership of the British Deaf Sports Council (BDSC).
No athlete can represent Great Britain without being a member of DUKA and the BDSC.
